I thought that was 128 South/I-93 North.
But even those who've lived in the City of New England their entire lives aren't quite sure.

Sort of I guess, You come North from the razor to the Merger of 95 (it heads North, co-existing with 128 North) and 128 South, which you turn onto where you then head South on I-93 North. It's quite simple.
