His beef bourguignon. Awesome. I get to brown myself in goose fat and slowly simmer for 3-4 hours in the exquisite burgundy bath (I insist on a good real burgandy). A delicious luxurious way to go and those who eat me will never be the same.

I make mine with smoked gouda, cheddar and parmesan melted in butter and truffle oil. Baked with brioche crumbs topping. So good.
