What a total maroon. Why is this guy even allowed to own an NFL franchise?

His football team’s season still could come apart at the seams. Nevertheless, Colts owner Jim Irsay has brought something together.

He has reunited the Beatles, sort of.

Via the Associated Press, Irsay has purchased Ringo Starr’s first Ludwig drum set via auction, for the prices of $1.75 million. (Some accounts have the winning bid at $2.2 million.) Irsay already owns guitars previously owned by the other three members of the group: Paul McCartney, John Lennon, and George Harrison.

Finally, after 45 years, the Beatles are together again,” Irsay told the Associated Press via text message.

Meanwhile, Irsay soon could be giving his head coach and/or G.M. the Pete Best treatment.

Truthfully, I think you can criticize Irsay for a lot of things, but this isn't one of them.
So the guy is happy that he got a collector's item from, probably, the most iconic band of all times. Good for him.

And it's 2.2 mil he won't spend on scripts.

Sex, Drugs and Rock n Roll = Jim Irsay
