Least Famous Person you have met

There is a guy named Bob, I don't know his last name. He has a wild frizzy afro like hairstyle that rarely seems cared for. He is a regular at my local social club where I go for a beer occasionally. He seems to be pretty well incoherent by 5 in the afternoon most weekdays. He then looks for an unsuspecting victim and talks gibberish at them until they walk away.


I would say he is as far from famous as anyone I have ever met.
