Fulham FC (first place in championship, likely promotion to premier league) will move from Craven Cottage (about 22,000).

What will happen to Spurs (Who play in Wembley now)?

Will the Jaguars move to London?

This looks like a brilliant deal for Khan.

Doing a little reading...

David Levy, the Chairman of Spurs, is currently building a 62,000 seat stadium which he'd already agreed with the NFL would host 2 games per year and was intended as an NFL ready spot for a team that decided to move to London.

He has got to be sticking pins in a Shad Khan voodoo doll right now, or at the very least going full William Shatner.
