Holy crap. I just a pic of him with Pats uniform on, (assuming a recent pic) and he looks more like "side-o-beef" than "pot roast".
 
Big name, small lose.

It's been clear for weeks he was on the bubble. Any play you saw or heard from him wasn't good. And obviously hasn't played in any p/s games.

I'm honestly not bothered by this. He would have been a nice addition but hes not close to the guy that was a few years back.

We have an extremely talented roster. Talent on every level in both sides. There are more than a few guys I'd rather give a spot to than to someone who is getting tossed around and out of shape. Another RB, DB or OL could go a long way in this team.
 
Defense is not something we need to worry about at all. It's a hell of a unit, best one we've had in years and the surprise of someone like Valentine will more than make up for Knighton going added to the acquisition of Mingo.
