Below is a link to an outstanding article, IMO, from SB Nation.

It breaks down a number of great plays made by Hightower and the D-Line during the Superbowl.

Notice the camera angle. It's the one used for producing game film.

Are you aware of any website that breaks down game film for the average fan?

google “baldy’s breakdown patriots” and you get some great stuff.
 
There are some good channels on youtube for this. One of my favorites is Samuel Gold's channel. Here's his breakdown on the Super Bowl:

I believe you can get the "All-22" film if you are a paid member at NFL.COM for their season pass or whatever it is.
