The reason the Patriots lost 2 first round picks..is because no matter what the NFL wanted, BB said F off. Thats why they were penalized and it still didn't really stop them. Also why the Chiefs are the darlings right now, because the league has made it so.

For reference, how in any defensive planning exercise does it involve not doubling Kelce....leaving him wide open. So yeah...

Not only did they not double him but there was a few times he was wide open
