As many say, most any soup. I make a lot of chowders, and whenever possible, I make them 2 days in advance and let them "cure" or meld or whatever it is. Anyway, unmistakably better the next day.

Reminds me of that old story RG used to tell when he was a young buck about 70. His nurse showed up wearing a negligee, and said "Hey, big boy, would you like some super sex?" and RG told her, "If it's all the same to you, I'll have the soup."
