GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO COLTS!

Been up since 6 AM

Put a pork shoulder in the oven at 11:30 last night
Sitting on a bed of fennel, carrots, onion and garlic.
Rubbed with sea salt and crushed fennel seeds
Baked at 550 for 1/2 hour then to 250 for about 12 hours............oh, that will make a good sandwich!

Beers being served at Stoney Brook Brewing today:

On draught

Big Boy Bitter
An English style Bitters brewed to be a smooth and drinkable session beer.
Dont let the name fool you, bitters are a well balanced ale.

Cascades in the Rye IPA
An IPA brewed with homegrown Cascade hops and Rye.
You'll never enjoy a Harpoon IPA the same way again.

Blonde Ale
I couldnt call it Blonde because "MY HAIRS GOLDEN!"
The entry level Ale for those who usually drink Bud. Promise, Bud wont taste the same after drinking this smooth ale.

Stoney Brook Brewing Oktoberfest.
The lager they drank last month in Munich, very smooth and at 6% alcohol it will sneak up on you.

TOUCHDOWN PILSNER
Michelob fans beware, this will spoil you. Bittered like an IPA with homegrown Mt Hood hops.

Ginneys Stout
A Guinness Stout clone (IE a Dry Irish stout)

Bottled

Cossacks Shaska Baltic Porter
A tribute to my Ukrainian lineage and a Gold Medal Winner at the 2008 New England Homebrew competition.
At 8.8% alcohol a half glass is all you need of this rich ale/lager style beer.

Smokey the Rauchbier
A beer brewed with home smoked grains that originated in Bamberg Germany.
At one time all beers had a smokey tinge to them because the only way brewers had of drying barley was through wood fires. A Silver medal winner at the 2008 New England Homebrew competition.

Alos, pretty sure I will enter it in the Sam Adams Patriot contest.

Do you get to try them all? Are they in them little 4oz glasses on a piece of board like at the brew pubs? Getting through one rack of those would be getting the buzz on in the right way.:thumb:
