I think a punt is a better play than a 4th down sack or INT, yeah.

Regardless my argument really wasn't about going for it on 4th, it's what got them in that situation in the first place. Hell I would have been fine even if they ran it a 3rd straight time, that might have been unpredictable enough to make it 4th and short giving them a lot of options. Anything but that vanilla play calling garbage.

I go back and forth. If they were going to run it the first two times they should have been committed to 4 downs. They weren't so they played the odds instead. And yes, punting was better odds than going for it and giving the ball to AR at midfield.

Watching the game again, Strange put in a really magnificent block on the big GB NT Kenny Clark, 314 pounds to give Harris the lane to cut back score the TD. He had Clark going backwards at a rate of knots. I have circled them here.

Strange was good overall, though not as good as the two weeks prior, IMO. This was a nice block, but in fairness he had help from Andrews on the double before Andrews climbed to the backer.
