My Mom bought the year 2000 model with Millennium in it.. Awesome system.

It was indeed. It lasted 2 moves and 4 kids and my hubbyo

My first PC was a DEC Rainbow 100. It was around 1983-4.? Still have it in the attic.

I ran the embossing press that made the boxes for this while I was in college.

My first computer at home was a Dell Inspiron laptop in 2005.

I always had the luxury and flexibility to use the computers at work. I recall using a clunky old machine in the 1980s posting to Usenet message boards (soc., alt., rec., etc.) and playing Leisure Suit Larry in the Land of the Lounge Lizards.

Mine also. In 2000. It got smashed into a million different pieces after I had a blue screen for the fourth different time. I hated having to erase everything and reinstalling the software. So.many.hours.lost.
