Just some yeast, store bought requires additional yeast.
I may put some brown sugar and raisins in depending on how much sugar the cider has (have to take a reading)

Making hard cider is EASY!

I have one going now with honey (called Cyser)
One going with cherries (looks like Kool-aid)
One going with just cider
The above three were all fresh juice UNPASTEURIZED from an apple farm so those required nothing in the way of yeast, just using the natural stuff that is already there. Have had my best results that way.
