I just tweaked a drink recipe for the very Irish Mrs. Wanderer, and she was unimpressed. So I drank the whole blender full so as not to be wasteful.

Being part Irish, I just never had the inclination of going out on St. Patrick's Day and getting completely hammered on the day in the 34 of 36 years I have been of legal age to drink.

Like New Years Eve is amateur night, I think of St. Patricks Day as Irish Wanna-be day.

I too rarely go out. Maybe something for 20 of my 24 legal years and those four I wish I had back.
