Roethlisberger was third? W..T...F?
Don't get me wrong, he's a good player...a good QB...but not third best QB in the NFL. As much as people belittle Russell Wilson's accomplishments/skill for having a great defense, go check Pittsburgh's record with Ben when they don't have a top 5 scoring defense. Also go check how many times he has helped lead his team to a top 5 finish in points scored.

I think some of the low outside throws are TB protecting his WRs. He is usually one of the least likely hospital ball QBs (minus 09 when he became Manning lite so we could tell he wasn't himself yet). The thing you ding TB on is the deep ball accuracy which sux.

I don't get it either. Russell Wilson had a higher completion percentage, more touchdowns per game, and only 8 interceptions compared to 16 from Ben who missed 4 games. The only stat Ben would have beat Wilson at (if he started all games) would be yards and Wilson still had over 4,000 plus 553 on the ground. It’s not even close.

So they are implying that not only has Belichick devised a system so perfect that it can have any QB dominate the NFL for 15 years, his system is so good that no one has been able to duplicate it despite 15 years of game tape.

I didn't realize that Ratbirds and DonkeyDongs thought so highly of BB.

Yeah it is amazing that a defensive coach most of his life can devise a perfect offensive system that well looks like other systems, and make anyone a hall of famer, yet the idiot patriots keep paying Brady instead of just drafting 6th rounders every year and paying peanuts to win superbowls. This team is going nowhere.

Roethlisberger just keeps getting better. Sure, having the best receiver in the game (Antonio Brown) and the league’s most versatile running back (Le’Veon Bell) makes things easier, but let’s not sell Big Ben short. He’s grown into a cerebral quarterback over the past few years. Roethlisberger doesn’t rely on those sandlot plays to get the Steelers offense going anymore, but he’s still capable of pulling off those impossible escapes when it looks like the pass rush has him corralled.

Can we take a moment to appreciate what Brees did last year? This is a guy a lot of people were writing off at this time last year, and he goes out and throws for nearly 5,000 yards while throwing to Brandin Cooks and little else. He’s still the most accurate quarterback in the league. His height has never been an issue thanks to deft pocket movement. And Brees is computer-like in his ability to diagnose and exploit defenses.

Missing Jordy Nelson clearly hurt Rodgers in 2015. His receivers couldn’t get open quickly, and Rodgers didn’t look very comfortable in the pocket. His pocket presence grade took a bit of hit because of that, which is the biggest reason he’s not No. 1 on this list for the second year in a row. Rodgers still boasts the most impressive combination of physical tools and mental acumen in the league. He should be the favorite to win league MVP in 2016.

Brady’s 2015 season defied all logic. At 39, he somehow got better. The four-time Super bowl champ is more mobile than he was in his “prime,” which has only enhanced his mental abilities. The guy had no problem reading a defense and going through his progressions in a matter of seconds, but now he can buy extra time in the pocket and give his receivers second and third opportunities to get open. It’s almost unfair.

1. Brady isn't that good because any QB can succeed in the Pats system.
2. Brady is the only reason the Pats are winning and without him under center the Pats will never be any good.

Also, the Pats are cheating cheaters who cheat.

exactly......plus, this list is a little inflated :coffee:

USAToday gets into ranking the QBs

Even USA Today has Brady at number one. His 2015 season really was special and has vaulted him above Rodgers which when you think about it is friggin amazing given he is 7 years older than Rodgers and Rodgers has been the best QB in the game stats wise the last several years. He has really got to hope Jordy stays healthy as the Packers did nothing to give him any insurance at the position if he goes down again.

Also look at Brady's cap hit compared to the others. Unbelievable. The BEST and making the least. Best teammate ever.
