This is a must see movie! Funniest movie I've seen in a long time! ROFL If you haven't seen it yet, I suggest you rent it or buy it. :)

You call that a movie review, VYF? How can I decide if I want to see it based on your getting chuckles when you were prolly high?

want to make a documentary about the pleasures two people can share?

it will be an artsy film of course....a sundance film festival winner

As you might recall, I equated watching Mamma Mia with the Chinese dink torture.

Be careful, I may do a review of Brideshead Revisited that I'm being forced to watch with Mrs Lucky this weekend.
 
The audition scene is so damn hilarious! I won't post it here but you can go to You Tube and type in "Zack and Miri Make a Porno: Auditions Scene" to see it. I don't want to offend anyone :) Better yet don't ruin the movie by watching all the You Tube clips and just watch the movie lol.

last weekend I <s>was commanded</s> co-watched Fraulein

This German/Swiss co-production (filmed in Switzerland)is about three generations of women from Bosnia-Herzgovina. A young woman,living from day to day,a middle aged owner/manager of a restaurant & an older worker. It manages to nicely weave a trilogy of stories on how these women got to where they are (and why). I couldn't help notice that the movie seemed to be shot live on high definition video,rather than standard 35mm film stock,which gives it a certain look (mind you,I'm not beefing). Das Fraulein (or as it's being distributed in the U.S. as merely Fraulein) is a lovingly written/directed & acted film (video?) about 3 women trying to make do with their lives,and the hard knocks they've all been dealt with.

but right after that we watched 28 Weeks Later which helped make up for the prior lost 81 minutes ROFL

I saw the movie in the theater, and I did enjoy it quite a lot. I've seen every movie Kevin Smith has made, and although not one of his better efforts, it's entertaining and sweet. I'd categorize it as more of a "chick flick" than anything. Seth Rogen is his normal character (smart ass, but with a good heart). Elizabeth Banks is freaking HOT, real-life porn stars Traci Lords and Katie Morgan make appearances and are quite funny in their roles, and Smith regulars Jeff Anderson (Randal from the Clerks movies) and Jason Mewes (Jay) steal the show. Mewes also shows full frontal for the ladies.

All in all, I'd give it a C+

I love his character in this movie. I am ready for another Jay and Silent Bob movie. :)

I have to admit the movie is sappy in some parts like the love scene and the end.

You want a review of Brideshead Revisited? I have a feeling that it's going to be the worse one yet. Haley Atwell is in it and I do think she is hawt, but reading the discription it could be a real snoozer.

When my shoulder completely heals, there will be no more of this, "you choose one and I'll choose one" crap.
