2022 Rookie Camp, OTAs, Mini Camp, Mandatory Mini Camp And Training Camp

No one in this forum has been worried about Thornton or the run blocking to the outside.

The concern is that Mac is going to get blown up from from inside pressure and as good as Thornton may end up being there won’t be time for his routs to develop. It doesn’t matter if he burns a DB In 3 seconds of Mac gets dropped in 2.

Your first sentence is proof of one of 2 things: 1) you're flat out lying, or 2) you haven't been reading this board lately. For now, I'll prefer to believe it's #2.

You and Mazz are working together aren't you?

"The concern is that Mac is going to get blown up from from inside pressure". LOL. You made me laugh. Could this be the case? Maybe. Do you have ANY reason to be "concerned" as of right now? No.

You hate Bill and just like Resident Hater you need the Pats to be bad so you can justify your irrational hate.

Life must be hard. Don't take up golf and BTW, we DON'T have a golf thread. Just sayin'.

Yup. rivshark81 and Mazz are the modern-day Richard and Karen Carpenter. "We've Only Just Begun." I mean, they are CUTE together!!!😂

It’s been a year and a half since I’ve mentioned Brady, and I don’t hate anyone. I cheer for the patriots and I think Belichick has made a lot of personnel decisions that have made this team worse despite the fact that he’s good at coaching up talent that doesn’t belong in the NFL. Mazz and I are not working together. Sometimes we have opinions that overlap, but not always, and especially with regard to keeping and paying for high end skill positions. (I tend to think high end WRs and RBs aren’t worth the money). I’ve read this forum everyday for over ten years, and no I haven’t read many people in here knocking the Thornton pick. Maybe Mazz did, I can’t remember, we don’t answer for each other, or communicate, and I won’t pretend to express his or her opinion. Personally, I was ecstatic about Thornton and view him as a happy departure from 15 years of atrocious drafting at the position.
That said it does seem like Mazz and I are the only ones here skeptical as heck about Judge and Patricia being so involved in the offense. I didn’t particularly like McDaniels, but it’s like going from eating a decent but plain turkey sandwich you’ve had every day for 15 years to spam on a stale cracker.
Either way I didn’t mean to side track this thread on training camp news with my opinion on how the offense looks so far. It’s just an opinion. Everyone should should get back to the “Mac jones is our QB1” thing. We need to enjoy him while he’s on a rookie contract.

Riv has been down on this team since his binky Brady left. So yeah, he’s like Mass in that regard. He predicted s sub .500 last year, and doesn’t think they’ll win much this year. It’s been sad to watch the Brady-lovers just trash this team.

How can I enjoy a QB whose "ceiling" is Andy Dalton? And, "enjoy him while he's on a rookie contract?" Because, obviously Bill will never sign him beyond that, according to you and the other haters. Honestly, WTF are you doing here? I think you're lying through your teeth when you say you "cheer for the Patriots." Well you have a strange way of showing it. The tenor of your posts, as well as those of your pal Toni Mazz, absolutely REEK of people who desperately want the Patriots to lose. Absolutely nothing either of you post would lead anyone to think you root for NE, Sorry, but I'm not buying it, and I don't think many others here are either, other Toni the Phony.

Anyone hear any positive reports on Ronnie Perkins? Playing with the 2s or 3s? Getting any special team coaching?

Perkins has lost ground to Uche, Jennings and McMillan so he has work to do to make the 53. PS seems likely.

I've been on TT's bandwagon since he was drafted. I never expected BB to draft the fastest WR or one with so little meat on his bones. Surprise!
This kid has everything I want in an X receiver as a prospect. He's had good coaching and he's worked hard on the nuances of his craft. Great hands. He's far ahead of more highly touted
prospects in that regard. I don't know how much BB will trust him but he could be a star in year 1 given a chance. By year 2 there won't be any holding him back - this kid is going to be a star.

Per Wiki, there are 11 lbs on the roster, last year had 8 going into the season.

Wiki lists Judon, Jennings, Perkins, McGrone, Uche and Wilson as OLBs.

How does Wilson play the end position in the run game? I have been thinking he was an off the ball LB where his speed would be beneficial. Or are we going to an attacking D?

Looks relatively easy to reduce the LB squad from 11 to 8 by cutting McGrone, Perkins and Weiland.

None of the above doesn't include DaMarcus Mitchell who is listed as a DE but is the similar size to Judon.

Addressed my biggest complaint speed on outside. We now have it with Parker, Thornton & Nixon. Who having a much better camp then last season. I can’t wait to see how they preform In PS games

I wanted Watson, but, this guy is somewhat similar. Hopefully he kicks ass!
