As much as I hate the Jest....

And so, it begins...

Rumors are that Holmes is as good as gone, he'll be signing with the highest bidder.

I don't know that anyone would really bother with a lucrative offer for Braylon Edwards other than New Jersey.

Especially when it is a car thief doing the ratting. :coffee:

This is pretty much the single biggest problem I have with their being turned in..it was by Mangini.
If the Packers had done it instead of keeping it on the DL or Herm had done it instead of waving at the cameras...not a big deal. When you break the rules (especially in plain sight), it's a risk you take. When a guy who was on the staff and had no problem with it when he was there waits until he leaves (after likely having done some questionable things on his way out with not a word by BB in public about it) THEN "blows the whistle" it's cowardly and disgusting...period. I don't know how you spin it any other way.

Or give a cowardly, weasely excuse, like Westhoeffer, right?

This is what I love about you guys, when that idiot Alosi stuck his knee out, Jet's fans brought up the fact that the Pats also put up a wall and they post the video of BB jumping around trying to get in front of Harrison and the general response from Pats fans was"That's your excuse, that we did it first?"
Now whenever spygate is brought up, the general response from Pats fans is "You guys did it first" You can't have it both ways fellas.

*Side note* The whole "Spygate" thing really doesn't bother me, I believe most teams do whatever they can get away with to gain an edge. It is fun to argue about though.

JK I don't think any one wants it both ways.

The Spygate thing it was documented Mangini knew about it and blew the whistle to get an edge. How else would he know about it.. he was there with BB.
The sideline knee thing, you have someone "alleging" that the Pats did it too, and no one has produced proof on that. Not only that the guy that accused the Pats on that got fined by the league for doing so and not keeping it in house.

I'm sure most would agree that coaches who involve themselves physically with the play on the field should be banned from football. It is no less than assault and battery, and would be treated as such if a fan did the same thing. Is there a clearer example of a defenseless player than one who is given a cheap shot by someone on the sidelines?

We have guys on the practice squad who can drop passes for far less money than Braylon Edwards would want.

Actually, that's probably not true as most of our receiving threats have fairly decent hands compared to butterfingers.

Dude, show me where I ever said or implied anything like that especially in the post of mine you quoted? I don't think you are being fair to me.

You're preaching to the choir here. I don't know if I'd go as far as calling it assault & battery, but as soon as Alosi stuck his knee out I said he should've been fired.

They are Pats fans, annnnnnd it's all about the entitlement and the "3 Rings!!!" Well guess what there's going to be another team come next weekend with 3 more rings!!!!! HA!!!!! I missed you guys! How are my favorite Patriots fans doing??

You seem pretty dismissive of Green Bay

That's a misconception about Edwards. True, it was a problem in the past but the guy has made some very big catches for us this season and his "Butterfinger" stage seems to be behind them.

Yeah, you can go ahead and keep him, thanks.

That's he's a top reciever? I agree.

Did I say top receiver? Didn't think so.
No, I agree with you. He's not a top reciever. He drops too many passes. He also does dumb shit off the field. There seems to be this misconception out that that he is a top reciever though. I guess it's from that one good season he had in Cleveland.

I am starting to hate the Bears and their fans even more.

They beat one team in the playoffs and I would hardly consider winning against the Sea Hawks a win that will say you can beat the Packers.

Jay Cutler has had some good games, but remember when he faced the Redskins.

Not exactly his best performance........and he is due for another bad game soon.

The only reason the Bears might win is the Bears defense is descent to good and kicking to hester is always dangerous.

Also, taking donations in casino cash to use my betting streak (lost all season) to bet on the Bears and Jest.

There is contest Jets Fans are still the worst.

I think your comparing apples and oranges. Alosi did it during a nationally televised game for the whole world to see. The Pats didnt rat anyone out. I'm sure BB could give a "Rats" ass about it. I dont remember anyone here saying "You did it first'." Just that Manginapussy Ratted out the Pats for something that most, if not all teams have done. Some with enough balls to admit it. Even Mangina admitted as much.

We're talking about BRAYLON Edwards.

That's not a misconception. He can't catch a cold.
