Improper apostrophe use drives me bonkers too.
i.e. "ladie's room"
"I have to look at my note's"
etc. etc.
 
Grammar and spelling police bother the crap out of me. Pomposity at its worst!
 
It actually bothers me only when it is from people who write, speak etc. for a living, in business/serious correspondence, or it's really really 3rd grade level.

Seeing your post reminded me of another one:

People that abbreviate et cetera as ect.

(Unless they have lexidyxia - then it's forgivable.)
