East Boston is being redeveloped at a rapid rate. I suggest it is because of the casino that people want to be in the area.

yeah a lot of people suck at casinos and it is the den of despair taking the SS checks of the elderly but it is what the people wanted and you can not always regulate out stupid.

Still think the Tribe where I'm at wants to build on in Taunton, too.
