Anyone can file an extension for months. I have for years.

I've never done it before, out of fear of 'the man'. but my accountant told me most people do it now, so i gave in.

He probably keeps his bitch in line. She knows better than to go check the mail when it arrives. She, rightly, leaves that for the man of the house. There may be bills, statements, and other important man stuff in there.
