I just attended another funeral.

So sad but grateful to see the living.

Realizing it's the only time I get to see the people I love and admire in Covid catastrophe times.

And no, it wasn't Covid that killed this outstanding individual.

Why do people from NH go to ME and VT for vacation? I mean it's it's basically the same geography but we have better laws and politics.

Just weird to me.

1+1+1 +1=4
2+2+2+2=16
3+3+3+3 = ?

Pretty easy.
Just want to get a gauge.

and tell me how long it took to get to right answer.

Line 2 is incorrect so the whole concept fails.

Yep and the quote is from The Prisoner TV series (1964-67).

Remade it a few years ago and I think I'll start it tonight.

ME Ocean NH 12' of ocean = Maine wins I think

And I like NH but I love Vermont. I've climbed the mountains there and wonderful.

Butmy Granddads dairy farm in Vermont was as much home to me as my home town of Gloucester. And I have certainly vacationed in NH.

All great to me.

Don't feel bad, I don't even attempt these things. I'm mathematically challenged. :)

Well, I don't care for the ocean even having grown up on it every summer down the Cape. So maybe that's the difference.

NBC had a two hour special on the Notre dame Cathederal fire tonight, it was very good.

Just starting to watch it now. Ian McKellen, Jim Caviezel and more.

There is but one sin. The refusal to think.

believe it or not attended another funeral today.
this time for a very lovely lady 89 years of age.
we used to swing by and take her to church for several years.
until she was moved into a nursing home to far from our path.

during our drives she would talk about all her ailments.
there were many surgeries,
wife and i wondered if she might have some form of disorder like munchkin disease

Anyway, learned the cause of death was reported as covid.

memory eternal.
