Even if God decides to show us the cruel side of his sense of humor and the Squealers win the Super Bowl next year, this decade has and will still belong to the Patriots.

4 conference championships
3 Lombardis
NFL record 21 game win streak
a perfect season

...and, as the cherry on top of the dominance Sunday...

beat the Squealers 2x IN SHITTSBURGH to win the conference championship.

After the Steelers latest Super Bowl win that leaves us as the third best team of the Decade.

1. Patriots
2. Steelers
3. Colts

I honestly dont care if we are second or third. I would prefer to be first and thats where NE stands alone with 4 SB appearances, 3 SB wins and 5 trips to the AFCCG. Even if the Steelers lost tonight they still made more big games than the Colts. (SB, AFCCG more times)

How could any reasonable and objective person not rank the Patriots #1. Hell, the huge homer in me does not even have to kick in on this one.
