When we win big games one of my favorite things to do in the world is to visit all the butthurt loser teams forums and drink their tears! Bahahahahahaha

All of these start right around the time Ryan got strip sacked for your reading pleasure.

Colts (Thanks for Deflategate BTW, how'd that work out for you?)

One thing I also noticed is most of them have a "CHANGE THE OT RULES NOW!!!" thread on them. I bet you my life that if Atlanta had won the toss there wouldn't be a peep on that out of any of them. SUCK IT LOSERS! BAHAHAHAHAHA!

I've been hearing a lot of that too on Facebook. One person actually had no idea what the rules were and were baffled why the Falcons didn't get the ball. Sure, I don't really agree with the current rules although they're much better than the old rules. Both teams knew what the rules were before the coin toss. At least the Patriots didn't elect to kick the ball this time. ROFL

Donovan McNabb thought it could end in a tie.

Oh man, I was taking the game thread on the ravens message board. ****ing intoxicating

Thanks for the prep work. Endless hours of fun to be had in the days ahead.

Cheers

It's so hard to pick a favorite.

I am always a fan of Gang Green because those guys are funny (and we used to be them). Finheaven might have the dumbest group of football fans in the country (it's like a quilting circle that watched a football game but don't really understand the rules). Steelers, Ravens and Broncs are about 50/50 between grudging respect and angry hate. The Colts fans are still full of Haterade but it's not the same since Pey-Pey moved on.

Perhaps a worthy adversary will emerge, someday.

This makes me sad.

Mmm, savory...
:coffee:

Yeah, not sure what fluid you're tasting there but it ain't tears... Besides, I was probably more confident of a Pat's win than anyone on the forums not named Michigan Dave.

No, what makes me sad is you guys just won the SB but for some the best part is simply the misery of others, not the joy of winning the game in the most improbable of methods.

I dunno. I've always thought that self-satisfaction and joy are the perfect compliment to Schadenfreude.

If you think I'm not thrilled you've done smoked yourself retarded.

This is the icing.

Some of those threads have a ton of salty tears but to be fair there's some realistic posters with respect for what they saw.

This makes me sad.

It's the embrace the hate thing. I have grown to love the hatred. If the whole country trolls New England as cheaters it's only natural to delight in their despair.

I've always been a bit struck by that on these boards. In the rare instances my team wins, it's the last thing that I'd think about.

But, I guess like patswin said, it's different here because of the national hate. I kind of get that.

I live down here in South Carolina and I get abused daily because I'm a Pats fan. My daughter I was in a bar with her boyfriend and she was wearing a Gronk Jersey and everybody else was a Falcons fan including her boyfriend. Actually her boyfriend's a Denver Broncos fan but was rooting for the Falcons. And she kept texting me asking is there a chance is there a chance and I kept saying yes there is yes there is, but I actually said to her when we missed the extra point I was beginning to feel it was no more hope and I texted her that. When Julio Jones made that catch I was thinking David Tyree all over again. My daughter got brutalized in that bar and we get brutalized because we're pats fans and we're called cheaters. All the haters can go **** themselves. And yes I do enjoy the salty tears in those threads. You can thank Rodger Goodell Mike and the rest of the freaking both of those that try to tarnish the Patriots and Tom Brady's Legacy for us being the way we are now as fans. If Spygate was just a slap on the wrist and treated as such which it should have been and deflategate never happened we probably want to waste our time going to those threads.

Also let me apologize for the poor sentence structure I am on my phone and it sucks...

Thanks for that.

Just for the Hell of it, I decided to try and log in to Ganggreen, and I am still "banned for life"...after all these years. ROFLROFL

I like how in the Ravens thread they completely ignore their history as the Browns and why it's okay they've only 2 Super Bowls in their short 20 year history compared to the Patriot's longer history.

I find the narrative that they were never the Browns fascinating.
