Warm and humid outside. The rain event that was predicted fell short.

My football team whipped my former team soundly last night. Total shutout. The crazy energy started at 8 am and didn't let up. Twas lots and lots of fun all day.

Planning to rest up today. Decide on Bunday's menu.

I'm assuming you're headed to Pine Acres?
I grew up on Lake Dean, on the other side from Pine Acres. My parents are still there. Pretty little town.

Quite chilly here as well, but the wind has stopped.

Had a blast at the dog park yesterday, with Hank & Lacey making a bunch of new friends, and both sleeping soundly on the ride home. So cute.

Yeah 3 families are pulling out and I am towing campers... I was there from 1986-1992 & 1999-2006...

In a non perv way I can say your sister was the bright spot in the front office and a beautiful young lady.

I used to do something similar to nieces, nephews, neighborhood kids, etc. I would give them an "airplane ride" (hold one arm and one leg and spin them around); stand them up; and watch them fall down.

As I think back, I'm not particularly proud of it, but it was ROFL as hell. Besides, they wanted me to do it. They thought it was funny too.

I've got a huge pot of Portuguese Soup simmering on the stove for dinner tomorrow. Will be awesome with some crusty garlic bread I'm making sausage sandwiches with mushrooms, onions, and provolone for today.

One of the things on my bucket list was to drive around the dirt track in my town (The Terre Haute Action Track). I would like to do it in a sprint car, but tonight I got the option to drive my Jeep around the track to pack it in (make the surface from wet mud to more like pavement). Even in 4wd, going around the corners around 30mph I got sideways a lot. It was so much fun. When the sprint cars came out on, it got a little hairy to me as some of the sprint cars were about 3-6 feet away from me and the track was slick.

This is how muddy my Jeep got, and the mud didn't come off easily.
