I didnt say you did, but you referred my football related posts to the trash section as I see bat signals on football talk forums. Just seemed odd.Weird, I don't remember deleting anything.

So poking at one user over and over is ok on football forum. Got itI referred you to the description of this forum. Talk football. Its welcome. As are posts like the one Hsanders made. It is all good.
The trashcans are a reference to this classic Patriots Planet moment
Is that reply suitable as well? Just getting the rules down. I mean this football discussion literally went from football, statistics, discussion to...personal attack not based on football. Show me where I am wrong about that.
Boy its going to be hard to argue all that factual football related argument you just laid out. Do you have any football stuff to add or do you need someone else to do that first and you will just agree with it?

I'm talking to UT, so you can go trash my posts somewhere else.Just stop.

Yeah nothing I posted was BS, in fact it was backed up by actual facts and statistics, but that seems to be a no no if someone has a vendetta against the one posting it and does not try and use other actual facts or statistics to back it up, but just attacks the user doing it. For example...the post I just replied to.No, that's OK. I think I'll trash wherever the fuck I want and when I find utter bullshit which is spewed by you constantly on just about every subject.
i like owlsI don't see a joke about the bat signal and the word 'Brady' as a personal attack. Of course the thread is devolving now and I may have to close it or something. Maybe flood it with pictures of owls.
I'd rather just back out of the Brady discussion as I originally planned until I was dragged back in.
You are free to keep discussing him with all the facts and figures you like.
Yeah no I'm good, and the bat signal thing, well never mind, its not worth discussing. I guess trying to do football related discussions is not an attempt I will make again.I don't see a joke about the bat signal and the word 'Brady' as a personal attack. I do like owls, filling the last 30 minutes of them would be an improvement.i like owls
Called out my Michael Irvin? LOL Not sure he was the one to do that, he used to bark at guys on a constant basis. Oh wait. OwlsI think the reason Meyers comes up when talking about Brady and his attitude is a lot due to the Texans game last season. Brady was on the sidelines chewing Meyers out after one series and it got a lot of attention in the media. I think he also went after Harry in that game as well. Bear in mind the skipping of OTAs was particularly ugly knowing full well there were rookie receivers like this who needed time.
But this isn't new. Brady was like those with KT and Dobson in their first season and was yelling on the sidelines at them in one game and was called out on this by Michael Irvin and Brady then apologised.
Look, this is part of what makes Brady the GOAT, the relentless drive for perfection. Nothing wrong with that. But what jolted last year was Tom deliberately slipping OTAs and not putting the time in to help develop those rookie receivers, chewing them out in front of the cameras and then you hear the Stern interview and it's not a great look.
I really have no issue with a leader coming down on a player, I figure coaches do it as well, but I was just saying that of all people Irvin who would get in a guys face and lay the law down during games, is not really the one who should speak on that. As far as brady doing it, yeah better ways to go about it, I cannot speak on his frustration or what he hoped to accomplish. He is very competitive and I am sure has moments of frustration like everyone else, but in the end, better ways to go about that. With that said, with what I found he absolutely did not ignore Meyers when meyers was on the field which is what the original thing was about. I am sure in the end by Brady apologizing he probably saw what he did was wrong but I am assuming that.It was noticeable because Irvin is one of the rare media commentators who is a Patriot admirer and big Brady fan. And it seemed to have an effect because Tom apologised soon after.
He is, a huge Pats apologist even. sometimes even I think, dang, he's more of a fanboi than i am!It was noticeable because Irvin is one of the rare media commentators who is a Patriot admirer and big Brady fan. And it seemed to have an effect because Tom apologised soon after.
and you missed the actual point. It was not about what Irvin thinks of the brady or the pats, it was about him doing the same thing when he played. He is, a huge Pats apologist even. sometimes even I tbink, dang, he's more of a fanboi than i am!
