Yes he sure can. I watched a few YSU games & you can see that he gets off the ball quick. Not very good at all playing the run but he probably won't be asked to do that with the Pats.

Like the Garcia pick. He was rated much higher by several draft guides. Need some polish and harness being overly aggressive but Date will take care of that. Could be the OLT of the future.

Rivers was not rated highly by most but he can rush the passer.Needs to be coached up, but for now a situational rusher.
