Quarterback Tom Brady practiced this morning in front of the media for the first time since his knee injury, and the sporting news corps was out in force.
Shalise Manza Young reports that there were 16 video cameras and at least a half-dozen still photographers from the local and national news media at Gillette Stadium to record Brady's workout today.Brady was wearing loose sweatpants, and the shadow of his knee brace could be seen through the pants. He admitted that he was wearing a brace, though he would prefer not to.The practice lasted about 90 minutes. Brady was not flawless in his throws -- he misfired on some of them -- and admitted to being a little bit rusty.

Doom If brady was 23-25 he would say he is rusty, they never say they are playing good. Yeah I missed welker 2 inches to the right on a crossing route, season over.

In the interview he actually said everyone is rusty, but I guess we can read whatever into it. So brady how is it going...great, i feel great, just trying to get back into things. So you would say your career is ending? Umm no, you know just like every offseason, just trying to get on the same page. So your team is in disaray and nothing is working? No, its fine, just not as sharp as I want to be, so your knee is having sharp pains? No, my play is not as sharp as I want...the brace is causing your passes to not be as sharp? No I dont even feel it...so you cannot feel anything below your knee?

What's Brady going to say? He never claims that he is any good really..just that there is always room for improvement yadee yadda.:)
