I really like this hire. Everything I’ve seen and read about the guy is that he’s an excellent leader and has the CEO mentality that a HC needs. To be honest, I haven’t been this happy with a HC hire since Rex.
He should be good if he can bring good coaches with him. That's all important.

I think Urban is much more like Jimmy Johnson than Spurrier. Spurrier didn't want to put in the work & that has been documented. I know, your saying Jack (me) is a Buckeye & is shilling for his guy. I'm not. Just telling you that Meyer is all about football & will work, work & work some more. I will be interested to see his staff.
