Just thought I'd post some thoughts while I was thinking about them.

Matt Cassel is an average NFL QB. He may develope into something a little more but he will never be Tom Brady, but who is?

Rodney looked really good yesterday. He is neither too old or too slow.

Logan Mankins has not looked the same since the SB.

Mayo has looked very good this year. No first round bust there. Guyton got some playing time yesterday and looked like he's a keeper.

Please, Stephen Neal come back. Billy Yates is not the answer. You make Nick Kaczur want to be a better man.

Sunday will probably be the 5th straight week that the Patriots wear white jerseys. Is that a record?

The Patriots cheerleaders look hot in their new white uni's. I didn't think so at first, but they do look hot with better cleve.

I may post some other thoughts later but I have a very bad hedache right now.

Anyone who wants to randomly post random thoughts while your thinking about them, go ahead and post them here.

A couple of more.

I'm slowly giving up on Maroney but I still have hope for him.

Dan Koppen is our best OL player.

What has happened to Ty Warren this year?

We're 3-1 without the best player in football.

The two teams we were most worried about this year are 2-2 and 2-3 respectively.

At the quarter point, we're 1 game behind the Titans for HFA, and they have a much tougher schedule.

LaMont Jordan runs very hard.

Jerod Mayo is good at football.

You know I saw something yesterday that bothered me. Maroney was running around the end and saw the first down marker. A simple lower of the shoulder he gets it easy, instead he curls up and goes out of bounds leaving a 3rd and 1. I saw kevin faulk spin and leap to get a first down, I saw sammie morris move an entire pile. I like maroney alot. I hope he turns out to be great, but that has no excuse.

This Patriots team seems more Hyde than they do Jeckyl.

I KNOW I should be happy with 3-1, but no matter what they do I know that ultimately without TFB they will not win the SB which makes it a complete downer.

I guess Cassell is doing fine, but I am just spoiled and used to perfection. 7 years of as close to perfect as possible at QB has made me VERY impatient. I completely forget that Pats fans like myself pinned all our hopes on the King of Fail himself (Drew Bledsoe) who could be counted on to fail or make a stupid mistake at crunch time. Yeah I knew the day would come that the Pats would be average again, but not during TFB's reign!

The Defense is more Break than bend now it seems.

I know I seem like Debbie Downer in writing this, I just don't want to get my hopes up on a team that's defense and (Present) QB is much more trick than treat. They have a Fool's Gold 3-1 record.

I know, WTF am I doing still watching this team, right?

Socks..have you seen MOST of the rest of the league play? With a very few exceptions we are RIGHT in the mix in the MNFL(Mediocre NFL). Seriously..the Giants and MAYBE the TItans and SKins and MAYBE the Eagles are a level above but not too many other teams and many are FAR worse. At least at this point in the year.

SO if they prep well week to week and improve as they seem to be things might surprise ya.

I think I know

ROFLROFL

I think Chris Hanson has to be the best holder in the league. BB always says, "If you can only do one thing, you better do it very well."

The Ghost is the best kicker in the league right now. Perfect on FG's and booming the kick offs.

AD is getting ready for a big 2nd half.

Crable is a disappointment but maybe he needs a year.

Yeah I wasn't thrilled with that play either.

The big unknown is his shoulder injury.

If it was really hurting, it's understandable why he didn't lower it and plow for the yardage.

The fact that he seems to be constantly injured is a whole different story.

hhhhhmmmmm.......let's see.....I think the D line stepped up as they should yesterday and look the best they have all year. We got pressure without the need to Blitz. Again, they should be able to do this with the talent in that group....They did a pretty decent job as a whole keeping Gore in check.

I think someone needs a fresh sock.

Crable is a disappointment? WTFNOBBQ4U, seriously. :shake:

Reggie Bush is a nice decoy.

I'm glad Antoine Winfield left Buffalo and went to Minnesota.

Miami sucks, but not enough to matter in this league.

I'm not sold on zone blocking for NE.

The Pats are playing relatively penalty free football.

I like not wearing underwear.

I am not impressed with third down efficiency on either side of the ball, tho it seemed better yesterday.

Seeded raspberry is my favorite jam.

Items #1 and #3 indicate a lack of aggressiveness that people instinctively feel here, and which cause concern.

I am still unimpressed with tackling by the LB's and DB's.

I really like pictures of girls who make out with each other.

Have crabel even been in the game yet . .

u do no they r bottom of ther div?

I am hoping Crable can turn things around down the stretch if they decide to activate him for a few games.....

Mayo looks better and better, play by play........ Mayo/Guyton is looking like a very good future at ILB..

28 days till the election.... Thank God, because the hue and cry and getting on my nerves. :coffee:

I'm not sold on zone blocking for NE.I agree with this

Miami has beaten the two teams that played in the AFCCG last year, back to back.WTF?

The Colts are very lucky not to be 0-4.

Buffalo and Denver will come down to earth real soon. Both will be 9-7 teams.

Yes they may be bottom of NFC East but they have a very deep and good team..we'll see how the rest of the season works out. Westbrook always being beat up doesn't bode well for them though..
