...this kid. Good for him cuz I am sick of old people and librarians winning it and saying how it won't change thier life. This kid is getting new teeth and a car and then he'll start spending. Enjoy!

I, too, was happy when I saw him and his wife being interviewed on one of the morning news shows. Clearly, they can use the money, and if they are wise, it will give them a whole, new, better life! Congrats to them!

You think there's not a bunch of people already trying to seperate the money from this kid... My buddy gives this guy 4 years and he'll be broke.

Yup! A lot of these winners actually do go broke. And it's when you get a sudden windfall the shysters come out of the woodwork.
 
I actually watched the video now.

Holy chit, I almost started crying for the dude.

Seems like a good guy, hopefully only good will come his way. :)

You got that right I have read numerous stories about winners who didn't plan and get good advice, and were broke in a few short years.
This kid has "sucker" written all over him, unfortunately.

Tell you what if that was me that ticket would be in a safe deposit box while I took some time to figure out a plan. And change my phone number too.
