Wingsday in Decorah :wuv:

From Raptor Resource Project:

April 17, 2022: DN15 slumbers blissfully away in the North nest, not a care in the world.

April 17, 2022: A beautiful family portrait at the North nest.

April 17, 2022: DN16 left, DN15 right - at least, judging by their 'hairlines'!

April 17, 2022: DN16 at the North nest. I love this stage! Enjoy that tiny little earhole now...we're starting to see pinfeathers, which means we only have a month or a little less to 'awwwww' at them.

They really are wonderful parents.

In other Decorah news, Mom and DM2 have chosen N3 again this year. It’s on private property without cameras but
they have been seen from the ground.

Mother goose is still at N2B.

A new pair of eagles have started nestorations at an older nest, N1 with a camera. Unfortunately, should they
decide to stay I may not have the time to follow them. They are indeed a striking couple.
