Back in February of 2021, I weighed 310. Over the past year I tried to be more active. Over the past six months I tried to eat less, eat better, and eat smarter. I use to go out to eat multiple nights when working. This week I’ve cooked food for two meals Monday and Tuesday (rice, green beans, air fried chicken). Then Wednesday I got a chicken critter salad from roadhouse and that took care of two nights.
Today I had a kidney specialist appointment that will likely will happen for the rest of my at some kind of interval due to chronic kidney disease (currently stage 3b). I’m almost 30 pounds lighter then I was on 2/21. Now I need to get back to walking 2-3 miles a day 3-4 times a day then. This past month I didn’t even try to that much and still lost weight compared to two months ago.
