The 2023 Playoffs

Objectively, this should not have been surprising. Tampa crept into the playoffs with a losing record and yet got to play at home. But Dallas is a far superior team and Dak was very good on the night so a win was a certainty.

I did think watching the 1st half that you knew Brady was leaving as he seemed almost disinterested and it had memories of 2019. He has one foot in Las Vegas already.

Dallas v the 49ers. Memories of those epic clashes in the early/mid nineties. Look at this CBS intro to the 1992 NFCCG. Pat Summerall at his best!

SF Dallas was classic back then. Deion Sanders switched teams and showed how much of a force he was every switch !!

Noticed that one one of the missed PAT's, the holder dropped the ball. So not only did the kicker suck but the holder sucked. It was a team suck.
It's a huge issue; nowhere are kickers more crucial than in the playoffs as we well know here. And you can't go away to play the best team in football and not get every point going.

what is even more strange is that McCarthy did not start going for two points after the kicker missed the first two extra points. I really don’t think it’s going to matter versus the Niners as they are a wagon right now and will most likely blow out the Cowboys, which will be delicious.

Thank you for the memories this morning.

Wow!

Well, we're all die-hard San Francisco fans now.....

Yeah. The final 4 in the NFC include all the East teams so go Niners. I just don’t want them to win it all and tie us for most Super Bowl titles.

winning the division and going to the playoffs is a dumpster fire?
And no playoff wins since 2020 playoffs. The Glazers Are very upset and I hear Bowles is on the hot seat. They need to get some receivers and protection for the Goat/OC. It is a shame that they cannot get some players around TFB, he deserves sooo much more,

If there is one team in the league who I wouldn't object to matching us, it's SF. They're a class outfit and always were.

Yeah.

Legendary and so were the commercials.

Deion was one helluva player and always loved his attitude. He knew he was legendary and it wasn't bragging, just pure confidence in who he was and what he brought to the table.
