Week 2 - Pats @ Fins 9/15 1:05PM

I’m really excited to see Harris. He wasn’t even active last week.

Mike Reiss@MikeReiss

While starting right tackle Marcus Cannon (shoulder) is officially listed as questionable, he is not expected to play Sunday against the Dolphins, per a source. The top backup is Korey Cunningham, but he was inactive last week as he gets more familiar with the team’s system.

Thuney at RT & Eluemunor or James Ferentz at guard or Cunningham?

Does BB dial it back in the second half because it’s Flores, and have something to yell about in practice next week/ keep egos in check?
I can see him not wanting the team think they're unstoppable heading into the Jets game, so he might want to dial back the blitzes and stunts and definitely why waste trick plays when you're up by 40. And it's going to be hot. Rotate the subs into the game A LOT.

The Patriots are currently favored over the Dolphins by 19 points in Miami which is the 2nd most points ever given by Vegas to a road team. The only other road team that was favored by more was the 1987 49ers in Atlanta that was favored by 23. They beat the Falcons 25-17, but failed to cover.

Only 10 times has an NFL team ever been favored by 15 or more points on the road. The Patriots have done it 4 times total and the 2007 Patriots did it 3 of those 4 times.

Last year the Pats lost ugly to HCs with ties to the Pats, Vrabel and Patricia. Can Flores use his knowledge of the Pats schemes to pull a similar trick and make it closer than expected? Nah.

edit: BTW, the Pats were 0-3 in the RZ against the Steelers but still beat the Steelers by 30. Expect that to be cleaned up this week.

Yeah point spreads are interesting.. just a number to get action on both sides. Last year's playoffs I couldn't believe the number against chargers was only 4 was it? Or 6? Anyway LA was on the road 2nD week in playoffs travelling across the country to face NE. No chance IMO. And that's how the game went.

This game will be closer imo. Reason is it's in Miami. Hot. Pats by 10-14. Miami tanked week 1. Reason was to sneak up on teams week 2, 3, 4. Haha.

A whole Death row of "TRAP" games. :coffee:

Temp is expected to be near 90 with chance of T-Storms.
Pats will be wearing the blue shirts.

I know the Phins suck, but man they could not have left Brown more wide open there. Nobody touched him or even handed him off. Had to know it was going his way

Slater in on offense. Gotta know that play isn't a pass...
