What Is The Most Difficult Scene To Watch In A Movie?

Rape scene in Death Wish.

I was probably 10 or 11 when I saw that movie.

Traumatized.

Also the rape scene in Law Abiding Citizing.
 
2009 The last house on the left rape scene was horrific and when I saw the knife go into her friend it truly affected me.
 
The final scene of Platoon.

The guys run for their very lives and take off in a copter in a very narrow escape. Charlie Sheen's character suddenly realizes
that Sgt. Elias is still alive. They'd left him behind and he's being chased by a horde of Viet Cong. There is nothing they can do
but watch their seemingly indestructible leader Elias get destroyed as the beautiful and haunting Barber's Adagio for Strings plays.

That always hits me like a gut punch. I think it's the saddest piece of music I've ever heard.

I am not sure how many of you have seemed the film "We Need to Talk About Kevin," but it has several of these kinds of scenes. In the interest of not spoiling the film, below is the preview. But if you have seen it, you know what I am talking about.

In fact, this movie is so brutal, the most difficult scene to watch can't even be found on that clip or anywhere on Youtube as best I can tell.
 
One I recently watched with the wife, episode 15 entitled Wentworth Prison from the series Outlander, Jamie Fraser is violently raped by Capt John Randall while held in prison, I almost had to fast forward through it.

The first season of that show was awesome.
