Should have been this year and almost was but he had $10M reasons to show up for every game & collect his weekly check.
 
Foxx, we saw the game. It’s poor form to come to another fan bases forum and post like this. You need to be gracious both in defeat AND in winning.

And you better pray your team did just empty the tank in their ‘SB’. Listening to Jerry Hughes talking and still moaning about how people questioned their defense after the previous game there, it might be.
 
Yup.

I get the decades of frustration losing to the Pats but last night was just a Wild Card game. And they didn't even beat a SB quality Pats team.

We've seen this a million times before. Teams beat up the Pats and forget that they haven't actually won anything yet, then flame our immediately after.

Buffalo is legit. They have the talent to win it all for sure. Let's see if they are mentally ready.

Who questioned their defense? Its the best in the league.

I question Jerry Hughes because hes washed and is a terrible human being. But that's not really the same thing.
 
I hope that the trolls give a big donation to the site. They were allowed have all the fun they wanted last night. Most sites would have kicked their asses off early.
If I went to a Bills board and posted crap I doubt if I would be allowed to stay more than 2 minutes.
I'm not being critical of UT and the mods.
We are all free to do what we want, I chose to put them on ignore because I knew how they would act. I then decided to discontinue participating in the game thread as half of the post were just responding to them, plus our home troll Mazz.
Just wanted to get this off my chest and move on from this.

Ignore works differently than it used to. When I put home troll on ignore, I see none of their posts, including ones they're quoted in. Much better if you ask me.

I had a brief hope that High would rally his body for one last rodeo, but it didn't take long until we saw a graphic example of how far he's
declined. On TD drive 1, Allen ran the ball wide right and Hightower ran to meet him, overshot and had zero mobility to adjust. He can't turn
his hips anymore and looked like Fred Sanford limping across his living room. Allen needed only the most casual of jukes to leave him in the dust.

In a league where many teams have heat-seeking missiles at LB, we had High. I don't know what his PFF rank was, but I'd bet it wasn't good.

I think he gave it his best effort, but his mind was writing checks that his body couldn't cash. He'll be the first and most obvious red X from the current roster,
but he certainly won't be alone.

A very good player in his prime, Dont'a Hightower hung some skins on the wall and has nothing to apologize for. I hated to see him go out like that, but
it wasn't a surprise.
