I think a lot of our stress comes from the anxiety as opposed to the actual event. And if we can help one another to diffuse some of that anxiety by just being there to listen and offer a caring thought, I figure it's at least worth a shot.
Not that my opinion matters, lol, but good choice on the Van Morrison song.
That's what matters most. Looks will fade, hopefully not soon, but if she's a great person, and I'm sure she is, that should be there forever, provided you take good care of her.
