The Dynasty

28/48 (58%) 505 yds, 3 TD - Also the game-losing fumble. I'm sure Belichick called that one himself.

Well, that seems a little unfair.

You chose not to mention the dynamic play Brady made as a receiver in that game when he leaped to snare a pass and then
took it into the EZ for a big TD when we tried the Philly Special....... at least I'm pretty sure that's how it went down and my
memory is almost as flawless as Brady himself.

Very true below, nothing about Big Vince? Maybe because he's a Bill loyalist and would never bitch about his coach, He and Jules I have huge respect for after this horseshit series.

man...that's shittastic. vince was hugely important to the team.

"We had a 20 year run of unprecedented successes that were driven by the greatest player and greatest coach the game has ever seen. Let's produce a 10 hour documentary on it. But, let's skip over most of the dominance, and instead focus on controversy, and manufactured drama. And spin it in a way that makes our head coach look like an incompetent buffoon whom we won in spite of. Yeah, that will endure the fans to me and provide reason to credit my family for most of their happiness." --Hand Job Bobby

Best defensive player in the league in 2011 and 2012. But let's spend an entire episode on Aaron Hernandez, and another on how it's all Belichick's fault they lost a super bowl.

Yeah, but Bill took a chance on Corey Dillon Randy Moss Aqib Talib Hernandez, and it didn't work out, so...

I think Bill will come back for the Pats HOF moment but he will do it for the fans primarily and his players who he made champions. But I cannot imagine the interaction with Kraft will be warm.

Oh, I think you are spot on with this one. It's going to get very ugly. At least when we were all pissed off about Deflategate we were united
against Roger and his henchmen. This thing was entirely internal and unnecessary.

While I'm surprised at the level Kraft has stooped to, what really galls me is that just a few weeks ago we heard him smarmily praising Bill to the
heavens at the exit presser when at the same time Kraft had very likely recorded everything we're hearing. I mean, I don't know when it was recorded,
but it seems likely it was done some time ago. I'm sure that everybody involved knew what everybody else was saying during the filming like a bunch
of kids in a High School lunchroom talking about the big juicy rumor of the day.

This makes me think that Bill knew everything that was coming down and accepted that presser as the phony words of a man that had already
planned to stab him in the back in a very public, actually global, way. Yet, he handled the situation with characteristic dignity and never once rolled his eyes or
exposed his former Boss as a total fraud. Can you imagine what would have happened had Bill called him out right in the middle of that presser?

Damn, I wish he did. I won't be holding my breath waiting, but I'd love to see what a furious, vengeful Bill who has had quite enough of this smear campaign
looks like.

i believe all of it was done before the 23 season. just like the plan to get rid of bb was. the people who are all ,"bb had a chance to get his side out there. he blew it" are laughable. bb wasn't going to shit on the team the way kraft shit on him. somehow those fans view his non comments as his arrogance. such nonsense.

the only thing Ol' Thunder (Ol'T) can hope for to save face after this The Dynasty abortion
is for a "touted" QB and some shiny, new fast WR bastids to be aquired in The Draft for the Offence

this will distract many in Patriots Nation to invest in Hope For The Future and forget about what a egotisical, vengeful, lying piece of shit Ol'T really is

not me though..... I am invested in my hate of Ol'T --- He Am Become Death, The Destroyer of Patriots World

I mean, let's be completely honest - we're seeing the divide of people who were fans of the Patriots pre-Kraft, and remember Kraft during the Parcells (who he didn't hire) and Pete Carroll days - and those who simply don't, and it's not their fault.

You want to know why some people who were generally positive toward the team for decades have sharply gone the other way? We've seen this movie before. Yeah, Kraft kicking Belichick on the way out the door was very Larry Lucchino, but on the other hand, he did this shit with Pete Carroll too, to the point where the guy had to go to a college team to resurrect his career.

This should be in the “documentary”…right?:

I did like how they showed the TV cuts to Kraft during the AFCCG in KC.

"Patriots owner Robert Kraft, who was able to fly in for this evening's game after getting a handy at a SoFla rub-n-tug this morning."

Robert Kraft can’t have his cake and eat it: The final two episodes of the polarizing Apple TV+ docuseries The Dynasty were made available on Friday, focusing on the latter part of the Patriots’ unprecedented run. Included in the series was a part about the trade that sent former second-round quarterback Jimmy Garoppolo to the San Francisco 49ers.

Team owner Robert Kraft spoke about the move and whether he ordered head coach/general manger Bill Belichick to make it as basically a vote of confidence in incumbent Tom Brady.

“I never asked him to do it,” Kraft said. “I just told Bill that we weren’t trading Brady ever. So, that made it a little awkward.”

Kraft’s statement was recorded in 2023. It stands in stark contrast to what he would later tell reporters during the introductory press conference of Belichick’s successor, Jerod Mayo, in January.

“We try to hire the best people we can find and let them do their job and hold them accountable,” Kraft said at that time. “If you get involved and tell them what to do or try to influence them, you can’t hold them responsible and have them accountable. It’ll be within the people’s discretion who are the decision makers to do it […]”

One of the main criticisms of The Dynasty is Kraft’s apparent attempt to paint himself in the best possible light relative to his long-time head coach, Belichick. Given contradictory statements such as these, one has to wonder whether it really has the desired effect — or if it rather makes the 82-year-old look like somebody who is not quite truthful about his actual involvement and role in creating that eponymous dynasty.

This unprecedented 20 year run was only possible because of the 2 together, Tom Brady and Bill Belichick, it doesn't work any other way, that's what I got out of this series. And Robert Kraft needed to keep his mouth shut about TFB having issues with BB, that should have stayed in house and he's an ass for airing it out in public.

And if anyone actually believes this is all because of Brady, just look at those first 3 SB's and especially the last one, that was a defensive master piece created by BB

Amazing that Kraft doesn't realise the mantra of what's said in the locker room stays in the locker room applies to everyone involved with the team. What goes on inside is sacrosanct and is never shared with the outside. Kraft just broke that golden rule. How does he think players will view him now? Will they ever go to him again to discuss something, knowing he's a blabbermouth who told the most intimate conversations that were said in private to the entire world?

Who is actually advising this guy, or has he just surrounded himself with yes men and is like the Emperor with no clothes?

I have no idea why he did it, maybe to make BB look like a tyrant and make himself look like a saint? I will say this though, if this series was created to make BB look like a tyrant he pretty much succeeded, though anyone that was paying attention knew his (BB's) motivation in coaching was to win. This series could have been such much more but thanks to RK it will forever be a stain on the Pats organization.

Here's the first test folks. Tom Brady's HOF ceremony is set for 7pm June 12th. Will Bill be there? I'm sure he will, for Tom, but it will be awkward as hell between Bill and Bob.
