I’m afraid Robert is sinking his HOF chances. And he only has himself to blame. He should have known this when NFL Films unusually make the move to distance themselves from The Dynasty as they were unhappy with how BB was portrayed.

You say this, but who from the Patriots dynasty run is actually in the Hall of Fame? Ty Law, Richard Seymour. That's the list. Meanwhile, 50 years later, the 70s Steelers are still getting backups put in.Meh... Perhaps it dings him for a year or so but the guy has 6 Lombardi Trophies in 9 SB trips.
I feel like you have me pandering for Kraft while his stock is at an all-time low with me but it's not just about the Patriots accomplishments (which are unrivaled almost two-fold compared to success under any other single owner) but also his contribution toward avoiding a work stoppage as well. I don't know how anyone in the world can think he might not inevitably be in the HOF. I say it's a lock. You say this, but who from the Patriots dynasty run is actually in the Hall of Fame? I mean, his contribution to ending the work stoppage completely ruined the NFL and destroyed the quality of the sport as well, thanks to the players getting limited padded practices, and the owners able to schedule games essentially whenever they want now.I feel like you have me pandering for Kraft while his stock is at an all-time low with me but it's not just about the Patriots accomplishments (which are unrivaled almost two-fold compared to success under any other single owner) but also his contribution toward avoiding a work stoppage as well. As an owner in the NFL, I'd say he met his objective. Anyway, you and I can drive out to Canton together when he's tapped for enshrinement and Jonathan accepts on his behalf. It's gonna be bitchin'!I mean, his contribution to ending the work stoppage completely ruined the NFL and destroyed the quality of the sport as well, thanks to the players getting limited padded practices, and the owners able to schedule games essentially whenever they want now.

He’ll be in the hall of schmucks wing…I'm (meh) "OK" w/ the notion of RKK being entered in the NFL HOF
but
only after he's morte
and
his bust in only on display in the sub-sub-sub basement wing in Canton![]()

Just Stop Talking
I thought this might be a slow week around here, with the Celtics off until Sunday, and the NFL world gearing up for the draft. But Robert Kraft can’t help himself. In an ESPN story coinciden…bsmw.email
Bill Belichick’s biggest miracle was keeping Kraft largely out of the spotlight for 24 years. It made us think that maybe Kraft had learned from the mistakes he had made as a new owner when Bill Parcells was the coach. Namely, stay out of the way and let the football people run the football team. And stop talking.
Thankfully in a way to balance things out, Dan Wetzel, who I’ve always enjoyed reading his thoughts about the Patriots during the dynasty, takes Kraft to task for being disloyal.

Robert Kraft should be thanking Bill Belichick, not talking behind his back
Bill Belichick is not owed a coaching job, but the least he could ask for is the support of a guy he helped make richer and more famous.sports.yahoo.com
A source that ESPN said was close to Kraft told the website that, "[Kraft] found Bill to be extremely difficult and obstinate and kind of stubborn and, in the end, not worthy of his trust. And also very, very, very arrogant."
All potentially true. And so what? Belichick may have been a problem employee but he sure was a valuable one. No matter how great Brady was, the coach who designed the game plans, drafted the players and ran the staff played a role in winning too.
Without those Super Bowls, the Patriots don’t go from a $174 million purchase in 1994 to an estimated $6.7 billion valuation today. And Kraft doesn’t go from a rich guy who ran a successful packaging company to hanging with Hollywood celebrities.
Nothing wong with that. And yet he's still so cheap that he has to go to Madam Wong in a shack in the Florida Everglades to get a hand shandy.
FYPNothing wong with that.
What did ya fix?
