"We are not authorized to review the arbitrator's decision based on the merits despite factual errors. We may inquire only as to whether the arbitrator acted within the scope of his authority as defined by the CBA."

It's about whether Goodell had the power to make call he did. Brady is in middle.

I hate the NFL so much. It's the worst league I watch and it's not even close. Bettman is an idiot, but Goodell finds as many ways possible to be even worse.
 
So Goodell has this and the Chiefs appeal for two nice victories in the last few weeks.
 
Maybe now our ****head of an owner will stop cozying up to the asswipes on Park Avenue and realize that this is a mother****ing war.

Reputations are being tarnished. Integrity is a joke. And the league he claims to love is being ruined and he is a huge part of it.

Wake the FVCK UP, Robert and pick a godamn side in this thing. Stop pandering to your fans about throwing things into the media that have already been laughed at by the friggin ginger in NY.

And if you can't do that, then hurry up and die. Seriously.
 
Regardless of the eventual outcome, this is the final nail in the coffin for me as far as the NFL is concerned.

40+ years of fandom destroyed over this complete and total insanity.

Been with you guys for the last 10 years. Some of you are FB friends. I'll see you there from now on.

Don't even know what to say right now.

I know this ruling wasn't based on the merits of DG in general, but what a defeating moment for Brady and all the fans. At this point pretty much all but the most delusional anti-Pats fans out there know DG was a giant dumpster fire concocted by idiots who didn't understand basic science. That the league has decided to dig in its heels and shit on its ****ing GOAT just to avoid actually admitting error is truly disgusting.

I hope there's a next step for Brady here, but it's just such an uphill climb. Fvck Goodell. Fvck Kraft. And most importantly, fvck the NFL.
