MRI results aren't usually ready 15-30 minutes after an injury happens. In fact, they usually don't do them until the next day because of the swelling.

Before Dion Lewis went down, they were so dominant and looking overwhelmingly likely to follow up deflategate with another championship. Adding Gronk to losing Lewis/Edelman/Amendola is pretty depressing.

Hopefully, Gronk was in pain, but didn't tear ligaments and we'll get to see him and Edelman back in the postseason, but it's frustating thinking what this season could have been.
