I am ticked off. Lance got taken at #6 by Philly and Slaton at #237 by Denver.

the relevance is there, what is SDSU's offense like? And any QB coming here is going to subjected to arguably the most complex offense in the league.

Just as a disclaimer, I like Lance, he has been in my sights for the Pats for quite some time now. I just think any QB or WR for that fact, coming here are going to have a difficult time at first.

Yeah but 2 years to get acclimated? The job was his last year and he couldn't snatch it. When will he get it, just in time for a free agent contract? Sink or swim.

No 2nd year jump because of no off season. He deserves a shot to compete. It took Josh Allen 2 years of being a horrible starter for something to click.

The offenses he ran in college weren't nearly as complex and didn't ask the same the things that this offense does. And I agree, sink or swim.

RPO and play calls were on placards held up from the sidelines. Everything was foreign for him.
Funny how all the needs have now changed from 1 week ago. Except one, the QB of the next 10 years.

The team for next year is built better and stronger than it's been in 2 years. All it needs is a QB to drop from the sky.
Which is exactly why BB should target "his guy" and be prepared to trade up using whatever is necessary, if need be. Of all his years here, this is that year. Let er rip, BB!
If he needs to trade up to get Mac the Knife or Lance he has the ammo.

This is an example of trading up to #7. Used #15, 2022 2nd, and #96. You don't really have to go totally nuts to trade up to get a QB. Was able to fill needs with other good prospects later on.
