The gym I go to closed for a couple days to update some equipment so I'm going to give running a shot again and see if my knees feel any better after a couple weeks off. On another note, I quit drinking almost three months ago. It's not a permanent thing, just kind of a reset. I really thought that it would be the missing piece that would help me shed the last of the weight that I'm trying to lose. I'll be damned if I haven't lost a pound since then. I really don't feel much different either other than not having the occasional hangover. I definitely haven't missed those.
