Drove back yesterday. 3 days of no rest. Living in surreal dream. Now we need to book flights and get ourselves back for funeral.

Have always had mixed feelings about public displays of emotion and more so I guess, on the internet. And while friendships are now often made by way of the internet, for the most part we don't really know each other, let alone really qualify as friends. but I do know their are a lot of kind and compassionate people here and they are you. I am (strangely?) comforted in feeling able to give voice to my sadness here and am comforted also by your simple kind words. Thanks.
