MERGED - How is Gostkowski still on this team?

Janikowski is available... :coffee:

The last time Ghost IR/d, Graham was decent. Is he still alive and kicking?

Sucks that Ghost is injured. Here we go. Let the FG adventures begin... Hoping whatever unemployed kicker we sign is at least close to an injured Ghost in accuracy.

Janikowski was stealing paychecks for 2 years. Toast.

All the geniuses calling for Ghost's outster now get to see that the grass isn't always greener on the other side of the fence.

Kai Forbath or Mike Nugent?

Let's see how this 'competition' goes. :coffee:

(My money's on Forbath, just because I think he's a better kicker overall, but Nugent has a bigger leg, and has always kicked in the North/Northeast. Also, it would send a message to the Jets.)

NFL network report Vinitari has taken a page out of the Blount/AB playbook and is trying to get cut so he can join the patriots.

remember you read it here first.

I want Koo just for the name.

I'd love to see Gable make it

That's cool and all, but it is a lot different kicking in front of 50,000 fans screaming and 11 bodies coming at you to block that kick. How did he do in college? Oh yeah, he only played soccer before. Seems like one of those high risk signings that could have high reward, but is very much an unknown. Not sure I want to roll the dice with that. He does have quite a strong leg though.

Looks like Josh Gable gave indoor football a shot with the Iowa Barnstormers. Indoor - perfect kicking conditions. Here are his stats from the 2015 season I think. Hard pass.
