Joe Milton is my QB1
This might be my new favorite pic of Mac Jones. Shows him as a freshman and as a senior at Bama. OMG. Quite the transformation

Butch from the Capewho was that legendary frequent WEEI sports radio caller that coined the phrase:
"He's tall, got a strong arm and He's tall"
couldn't been talkin' 'bout Mac

She won't be complaining about it...maybe afterwards though.Always a good thing for a guy, no?
98.5 had thae huge turd Beer on for the first part of my run. Man, I can't stand that guy. They even called him out for being negative all the time. And that ANNOYING crutch he has saying "right?" after 70% of his sentences is ear splitting. He clearly does that because he doesn't believe people agree with what he is spewing. Yuk.This is excellent, BSF! Thank you for posting it. Def worth few minutes for those of us that can't get enough of why BB rocks and Mac was the right decision.
Now I am pumped! Off for a run!
Will try not to let the turds on Bosto sport radio ruin my Luis Riddick buzz...

I wonder if the big time throw % accounts for drops?Biggest takeaways from the 2021 NFL preseason for all 32 teams | NFL News, Rankings and Statistics | PFF

NEW ENGLAND PATRIOTS
Mac Jones gave every reason to believe he is a starting-caliber quarterback
Cam Newton didn’t lose the starting job (and his spot on the 53-man roster) with his preseason performance. Jones won the job. His 92.2 PFF grade this preseason ranked second among qualifying quarterbacks, and he was one of just three passers to deliver an accurate ball on over 70% of his attempts, per PFF’s ball-charting data.

He represented a better option to run an offense resembling what had worked for so many years under Tom Brady, and he made it difficult for head coach Bill Belichick and company to keep him from starting against Miami in Week 1.
Why listen at all? I have to say, I never listen to other market sports teams because I really don't care about other teams in any sports but I did listen a lot last year obviously to the Tampa media because they were covering Brady. I was stunned by the politeness, courtesy, generally happy and positive vibe that was present all the time. And that was true even when the team lost 3 games in November. They were happy people unlike our sour puss, click baiting, surly and often unprofessional media. Honestly, I don't know how any of our professional athletes stomach them.98.5 had thae huge turd Beer on for the first part of my run. Man, I can't stand that guy. Switched to music for the remainder and day dreamed that maybe we caught lightning in a bottle a second time... <insert piggy graphic here>

You have said yourself Hawg that my opinions are always backed up with data, info, stats to support it. I have no problem with a critical viewpoint as I obviously possess that but the fanboy nonsense is just as bad IMO. Neither extreme is good but a good majority of our media knows zippo about football and even less about our team which is why they are so insufferable.I know, right? Negativity really sucks.
The media, I mean.

Boston is not an "other market" for me. I live in Michigan, but was born, raised and educated in MA. Detroit is my "other market". LOL.Why listen at all? I had no idea you were not in MA. So you literally live in Brady country? LOLBoston is not an "other market" for me. I live in Michigan, but was born, raised and educated in MA. Detroit is my "other market". LOL.
Why listen? Because the news is old by the time I hear or see it here in MI. There are times when the listening can be fun. Draft day. Free agent signings. Cam getting released. Anything Bruins related.
The mornings can be listenable when nothing is going on - sometimes. Wiggie can be funny (and really dumb). Toucher (sp?) is a complete douchbag who is, ironically, from MI. The afternoon guys on 98.5 are just asses. 97.1 isn't much better. The time I have available is generally mornings though.
At any rate, did you hear that BB cut Cam and Mac is the QB1?
Yes, all 43 seconds of combined Bruins coverage is must-listen radio. (I say 'combined', but let's be honest, WEEI doesn't talk about hockey).Boston is not an "other market" for me. I live in Michigan, but was born, raised and educated in MA. Detroit is my "other market". LOL.
