I won tickets from a radio station in the late 80's-early 90's to see Luther at Madison Square Garden. Flight and a weekend stay at the Penta included. I sat about 6 rows back on the floor, practically on the stage. What a show! And my favorite male voice ever, Luther Vandross, who I also got to see live at the now defunct Front Row Theater in Cleveland.
I wish he and Anita had done a duet together. rumor has it they didn't get along. though i think she opened for him once.
For both of them, it is hard for me to pick a favorite, so I will go with "at the moment, my favorite"!
Oh?Best recording of a woman having an orgasm that I've ever heard, that's for sure.![]()
100% agreed. It's their best song, and they have a lot of great songs. Daren (Layne Staley's best friend) asked me what my favorite song from AIC is, and I said Nutshell and Down In A Hole. He agreed with Nutshell too.
ELO's best= Last Train to London
Mad WorldTears for Fears best (heard it on the radio this am and reminded me).
