Not sure if you mean my use of the word integrity or Herr Goodell's. If the former, when they lie as to impartiality, lie as to randomness, and make-up punishment for reasons other than fair and deserved punishment they lack any semblance of integrity. Perhaps you use a different definition than I do but I know what integrity is and that ain't it. :shrug:
