How does media get in the locker room at that moment? I thought media access was tightly controlled and can't imagine they'd be in there during post game ceremony.
 
It's a conspiracy! Maybe the Grassy Knoll Gang swiped it and passed it along to this media member. It did happen in Texas, after all.

Did you know that the mayor of Dallas on November 22, 1963 was Earle Cabell, brother of Charles Cabell, who got the boot from the CIA by JFK after the Bay of Pigs debacle? Ol' Earle had input into the motorcade route.

So they have taken Tom's jerseys (yes two) and Von Millers Cleats and helmet and for some reason there is no investigation into this until Tom makes it known.


Something tells me after the Big Bullsh!t story made up over the inflation level of balls and the so called security of them that allowing a fake media member to have the access this cat had to walk into the locker room directly behind Coach Bill is insane and STINKS of an inside job.

First it was the NFL Hall of Fame that first made the stink about the missing jersey. It was intended to be a part of the TB wing of the HOF. The reporter was not Phony.
 
The identity of the journalist who allegedly stole New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady's jersey after Super Bowl LI has been revealed.

Mauricio Ortega, a former executive with Honduran newspaper Diario La Prensa, is the culprit behind Brady's jersey theft, a source told NFL Network's Ian Rapoport. The FBI and the Patriots' security team worked in conjunction to retrieve the stolen goods.

FS1 released a video that shows a reporter - believed to be Ortega - entering the Patriots' locker room following their victory over the Atlanta Falcons in Super Bowl LI. Ortega walks behind Patriots special teams ace Nate Ebner and eventually follows linebacker Kyle Van Noy.

Brady's jersey from Super Bowl XLIX was also recovered. It was previously unknown that Brady's jersey from the 2014 title game was missing.

Funny they say that, as Brady said in interviews from the beginning of this story that this was the second SB his jersey was stolen.

When it broke I heard the reporter was not a sports reporter and had indeed receive a real credentials but should not have. That was early in the story breaking and it was shown he is the editor of the paper.
